At Rainbow Eavestroughing, we believe our impact can extend beyond the customers we serve and into the lives of people who need it most. That’s why we are proud to partner with One4Another International, a Canadian charity dedicated to providing life-changing surgeries for children in Uganda.
ABOUT One4Another
Medical care is not free in Uganda. For children born with, or who acquire, a surgical condition, the cost of treatment is often far beyond what families can afford.
One4Another exists to change that. They facilitate surgeries, at no cost to families, for children with conditions such as clubfeet, bone infections, burn contractures, anal malformations, fractures, traumas, and hernias. These one-time interventions don’t just treat a condition — they shift the entire trajectory of a child’s life from suffering to hope and prevent a lifetime of hardship.
MEET SOFI
Our current project with One4Another is helping raise funds for a 6-year-old girl named Sofi.
Sofi lives in a village three hours from the treatment center. She struggles to walk any distance and experiences a lot of pain in her foot. Sofi's mother is unwell, and her father was recently in an accident. Her parents could never raise enough funds from their garden, which is their only form of income. But a Village Health Worker brought her to the One4Another center and has agreed to be her caretaker through treatment.
With proper medical care, including surgery, castings, bracing, and physiotherapy, Sofi has the opportunity to gain strength, mobility, and a much brighter future.

Thanks to life-changing surgery for his windswept knees, Allen has been given a new life. One where he can walk to school, fetch water for his family, play soccer with his siblings, and one day have the ability to work at a job!
